Borealis Lodging is an upper-level two bedroom, non-smoking vacation rental in the heart of downtown Homer, Alaska. It is within walking distance to stores, galleries, the Pratt Museum, the beach, restaurants, the library, and much more. The vacation rental can sleep up to 4. Rates and Policies
- $150 per night for two people. $25 for each additional person, up to 4.
- $25 deposit needed to reserve cottage.
- Balance due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days ahead get full refund less a $25 cancellation Fee. 30 or less days ahead receives refund based on rerental minus $25 cancellation fee.
- Rates subject to change until confirmed.
- Travelers Insurance can be purchased online or through your local agent.
