Goodnight Irene Vacation Rental is a 3.5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located about 6 miles east of Homer Alaska. The first floor has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with either 2 twins or a king), a bathroom, and laundry facilities. The second floor has the kitchen, living room, a 2nd bathroom, and a small single room (the half room). The 3rd floor, or cuckoo's nest, is a bedroom with a bird's eye view of Kachemak Bay and the famous Homer Spit. It has a double bed, TV, and DVD player. The house has a deck with a BBQ grill, yard, fire pit, and overlooks the Kenai Mountain Range and Kachemak Bay.

Rates and Policies
- $200 per night for two people. $25 for each additional person, up to 5.
- $25 deposit needed to reserve the house.
- Balance due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations less than 30 days ahead receives refund based on rerental minus $25 cancellation fee.
- Rates subject to change until confirmed.
- Travelers Insurance can be purchased online or through your local agent.
