Moose Trail Cottage is a one bedroom, non-smoking cottage nestled into the heart of downtown Homer. It is surrounded by acres of woodlands and secluded hiking trails, yet within walking distance to stores, galleries, the Pratt Museum, the beach, restaurants, and more. This cottage is located next to one of Homer's historical log cabins which now serves as the home for the owners of the property. Moose Trail Cottage also has a rich history and has just recently been completely remodeled. It is very spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen, bath, sitting room, entry and more. We are surrounded by nature trails for walking and wildlife viewing, hiking trails to connect you to the museums outdoor art exhibit and other key locations in town, and jogging trails for a bit of exercise.

Rates and Policies
- $175 per night for two people. $25 for each additional person, up to 4.
- 20% deposit needed to reserve cottage.
- Balance due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days ahead get full refund less a $25 cancellation Fee. 30 of less days ahead receives refund based on rerental minus $25 cancellation fee.
- Rates subject to change until confirmed.
- Travelers Insurance can be purchased online or through your local agent.
