Tim and Mary's Place is a two bedroom, one bathroom home located 6 miles east of downtown Homer Alaska. This southeast-facing house looks at the Grewingk glacier, ten miles distant across Kachemak Bay, framed by natural alder vegetation. It is set in a residential two-acre-lot subdivision, 1000 feet from the main road with neighbors largely screened by greenery. The kitchen has a large window looking out over the deck, lawn, and glacier view, and is open to the living area, with an open ceiling to a cozy second story reading/writing nook. One bedroom has a king size bed, the second has two twin beds which can be made up into a king size bed. The kitchen has all the basics of stove, oven, pots and pans, etc. There is a DVD/VCR player but no reliable TV reception. Public radio provides National and state news mornings and afternoons.

Rates and Policies
- $200 per night for two people. $25 for each additional person, up to 4.
- 20% deposit needed to reserve cottage.
- Balance due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days ahead get full refund less a $25 cancellation Fee. 30 of less days ahead receives refund based on rerental minus $25 cancellation fee.
